Examples of information that we collect include your contact information (including phone numbers and email), name, age, personal habits (for example, through Asparagus YouMetric), and health metrics. Various types of information is necessary for the use of our products and services, and other information is optional to provide. Remember, it is your free choice to use Asparagus Group products and services, and you may choose to not share any information and not use our products and services. We use cookies and other similar technologies through Google Analytics on our websites, and Google Analytics records multiple points of data when you use our websites. You may also be required to complete a reCAPTCHA (a Google service) to use our products and services. We also use Google Calendar to schedule wellness coaching. Thus, Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to you. Much of our services and products (including the Asparagus Labs LABs) are built on Tally BV’s infrastructure, so Tally BV’s privacy policy applies to you if you use those specific services and products. Our wellness coaching is conducted through Zoom, and Zoom Video Communications, Inc. may collect your data; thus, Zoom Video Communications, Inc.’s privacy policy applies to you. 

How We Use Your Information

Your information is critical to ensure that we can provide you with the best Asparagus experience. We need to know your age to ensure that we are not collecting the data of children. We need to know your country and state of residence to ensure that we are following all applicable regulations. We need to know your contact information, such as phone number or email, in order to stay in touch with you. We collect information on your personal habits in order to measure the impact of the Asparagus Labs online program. The information you share with us during wellness coaching sessions may be used to measure the impact of Asparagus Labs. We use Google Analytics to measure the performance of our websites. We may also use your personal information to ensure our compliance with all applicable regulations. We will comply with any information requests from law enforcement or other appropriate government authorities. We also use your data to improve our products and services. 

We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing users.
